WHAT WE DO
From a single door
to a whole interior
Doors, cabinets and wall panels are made in the same plant, from the same boards, against the same colour cards. No two shades of white, no grain that fails to line up.
Cabinet fronts
Kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, wine and media units. Carcass and front made together, hardware positions pre-machined; handleless and radius details available.
02Wall panelling
Panelling, slats, curved walls, stone returns and concealed door frames, detailed as one system — corners close, LED runs disappear inside.
03Drawing development
Send drawings, photos or a dimension sheet. We return 3D views and setting-out details — frame reveals, cabinet depths, LED positions — revised until you approve.
04OEM / private label
Your brand on the carton: packaging, shipping marks, manuals and hardware bags to your spec, with export documents prepared for your port.
05Export delivery
Full-container FOB or CIF. Export crating with corner protection, piece-by-piece inspection records and loading photos before departure.

Our own plant, no subcontracting
Doors, cabinets and panels under one roof. When something goes wrong there is no “between suppliers” to blame.

Dimensions checked before the drawing is released
Every drawing is reviewed against structure and opening sizes; wall and reveal tolerances are flagged at drafting stage, not on the line.

Samples first, signature before production
Material, colour and hardware samples are couriered out. You approve the physical thing, so “a slightly different white” never becomes an argument.

Pre-assembled before it leaves
Problems are solved in the factory, not on site. What arrives is a set that fits together, not boards that need reworking.

Inspection welcome
Customer or third-party inspection is fine. Piece-by-piece records and loading photos travel with the shipment, so you can follow quality from a distance.
WHAT WE MAKE
The layer you can touch
In custom furniture, the premium ends up in your hand. How the face is made decides whether it still looks new in five years.
01Imported thick veneer
Natural veneer, book-matched and grain-continuous. A thick face does not telegraph through, and full-height panels show no seam.

02Painted finish
Primer and topcoat are separate systems: spray, sand, spray again. A full film, tinted to your colour card.

03Rattan weaving
Hand-woven rattan set into a timber frame. Breathable, with shadow and depth — for wardrobe doors, screens and cabinet backs.

04Carved texture
CNC roughed out, hand-finished. Depth comes from the tool path, so the surface changes as the light moves across it.

05Full-height concealed doors
Leaf and panelling at the same thickness and finish. Closed, it reads as one wall; hinges and locks disappear.

06Curved panelling
Veneer bends and slats curve, detailed with the same junction as the door frame — corners and reveals formed in one piece.
WALL PANELLING →Also available: engineered veneer, sintered stone, metal and fluted glass — over 1,000 materials and colour cards. Boards and finishes are sourced to export grade, with batch test reports on request.

Decoration removed, proportion kept. Full-height slabs and shadow gaps put the attention back on the material.

Timber held back, slats opened up. Traditional elements broken into lines and set into a contemporary scale.

Mouldings, arches and hand-applied paint. The romance is built into the structure, not applied on top.

Arches and mouldings kept, ornament removed. Walls in one colour, clean enough to look untouched.

The difficulty in custom work is never “how special can it be” — it is keeping every step under control. We move the usual failure points into the process, early.

Enquiry & drawings
Send drawings, photos or a dimension sheet. Quotation and lead time within 48 hours. Incomplete drawings are fine to start with.

Design development
3D views and setting-out details: how the frame closes, how the cabinet sits, where the LED goes. Revised until you approve.

Sample approval
Material, colour and hardware samples are sent out. Production starts only after you confirm the physical sample.

Production & pre-assembly
CNC cutting, edge banding, spraying and assembly on our own lines. Pre-assembled before packing, so problems stay in the factory.

Inspection & loading
Piece-by-piece inspection with photographic records, export crating with corner protection, then FOB or CIF loading.

What we put in writing
A promise that is not written down is not a promise. These three go into the contract.
Transparent pricing, no add-ons
Quoted line by line on material, process, area and complexity. The itemised list is fixed once approved — no mid-production increases.
No sample, no production
Material, colour and hardware must be physically approved and signed off. “A slightly different white” is not something we build.
Lead time in the contract
Production start and delivery dates are written into the contract, with weekly line photos and advance notice of the loading date.
For a project we suggest starting at one 20GP; samples and small runs are negotiable. Pricing is calculated item by item on material, process, area and structural complexity, with an itemised list once the design is confirmed.
From sample sign-off, production takes about 45–60 days, plus sea freight. Carving, curved work and special finishes add roughly 15 days.
Yes. Doors, cabinets and panelling can each be ordered on their own, or as one package. For doors only, we prioritise the junction with the existing wall and floor.
Yes. Packaging, shipping marks, manuals and hardware bags can be configured to your brand, with export documents prepared for your port.
Boards and finishes are sourced to export grade with CARB, FSC, CE, UKCA and WaterMark certification. Batch test reports are available on request.
FOB or CIF, or your nominated forwarder and destination port. Payment terms are agreed in the contract; samples and bulk orders can be settled separately.
